Welcome! Bienvenue! 欢迎!
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Biostatistics at Harvard University, advised by Professor Xihong Lin. I obtained my PhD in statistics at the University of Toronto, where I was very fortunate to be supervised by Professor Dehan Kong and Professor Zhaolei Zhang. I was also lucky to be advised by Professor Zhenhua Lin on particular projects. During my doctoral studies, I was a CANSSI Ontario Multidisciplinary Doctoral Trainee. Prior to this, I received my bachelor’s degree in 2020 from the School of Mathematics, Sun Yat-Sen University, China.
My research interests focus on developing statistical and machine learning methodologies for high-dimensional data analysis, optimal transport, non-Euclidean data analysis and nonparametric testing, with a particular emphasis on single-cell multi-omics and spatial transcriptomics. Additionally, I am also interested in theory and application of linear attentions.
